The ARFC was established in 1972 and has grown to be one of the top rugby clubs in the province of BC. The club offers men's, women's and youth rugby and continues to develop the sport in the Central Fraser Valley.

Juan de Fuca Soccer Association

The JdF Soccer Association serves the communities of Colwood, Langford, View Royal and the Highlands in Victoria, British Columbia.  With over 1200 members in the Club it is one ofthe largest in the area.  Club teams participate in the Lower Island Soccer Association, Vancouver Island Soccer League and the Lower Island Women's Soccer Assocation.

Ebb Tide Rugby Club

The Ebb Tide Rugby Football Club is the oldest continuously operating Over-40 rugby club in British Columbia, Canada. We have active players between the ages of 38 and 70's and active social members well into their 80's.  Social members and visitors are welcome to join us at our regular Thursday evening run-around.  Ebb Tide is a member of the Pacific Northwest Over 40's Rugby Union.
